This Privacy Policy describes how the Hermes-Agent-FindUrLawyer application ("the Application") accesses and handles data. The Application is operated by Saleslights on behalf of FindUrLawyer.

Data the Application accesses

The Application connects to Google services using restricted OAuth scopes and service-account credentials to perform the following functions:

• Google Ads — manage and report on advertising campaigns.
• Google Analytics 4 — read and configure analytics properties and reporting data.
• Google Tag Manager — read, configure, version, and publish containers, tags, and triggers.

How the data is used

Data accessed through the Application is used solely for FindUrLawyer's marketing operations: campaign management, performance measurement, and tag configuration. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Data retention and security

Credentials and tokens are stored in a local credential store with restricted access. The Application processes data only as needed to perform its authorized functions and does not retain customer or advertising data beyond what is required for operation and auditing.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The Application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
